You must notify rr888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All rr888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once a currency is selected at registration it cannot be changed. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and processed in PKR.
rr888 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Real-money play is not available to any person under 21 years of age. At the point of registration, rr888 collects your date of birth and CNIC number. You may be required at any time — including before processing a withdrawal — to submit one or more of the following documents:

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days subject to KYC clearance and fraud review. rr888 targets same-day processing for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 500.
rr888 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. rr888 is not responsible for any third-party fees deducted from deposit or withdrawal amounts by payment processors.
All transactions are processed in PKR. If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion is handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rate. rr888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment services.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by rr888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all rr888 bonuses:
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to specific live casino tables, jackpot slots, and low-margin sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements. All sports wagers placed on rr888 — including cricket, PSL, kabaddi, football, and UFC markets — are subject to rr888's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available in the Platform's help section. rr888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of suspected match fixing, data feed errors, or insufficient market liquidity.
All casino games — including live dealer tables, video slots, and arcade titles such as Insect Master and Fishing Expert — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable, or live studio environments for live dealer products. Game rules, theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are accessible within each game's help or information panel.
A wager is only confirmed once rr888's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. rr888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including wagers that in rr888's assessment exploit a pricing error or system malfunction.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, rr888 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to Members' accounts. rr888 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a system or connectivity failure on the Member's device or internet service provider.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rr888 Platform content without prior written authorisation from rr888. Unauthorised use of rr888 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
rr888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at rr888.xyz/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
rr888 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your PKR transaction data, CNIC verification records, and account activity logs are stored on secured servers and are never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. rr888 may share data with its licensed payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

rr888's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause shall limit rr888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
rr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period; suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach), any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 10 business days, after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations. Balances in accounts closed due to breach of this Agreement may be forfeited in full.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rr888 support. Accounts subject to an open self-exclusion request cannot be reopened for a minimum of six months from the date of the original request.
rr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, rr888 will post a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, send a notification to the email address registered to your account. The revised Agreement will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the rr888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure before the effective date of the change.
This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the rr888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr888 holds its internationally recognised gaming licence. These laws govern without regard to their conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact rr888's support team to attempt resolution informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause prevents rr888 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
